When we began planning our construction (the

Building a new home can be very time consuming
and overwhelming, but you have made the process fun,
educational, and refreshing. It has been such a
pleasure working with you because of these things
mentioned but, also because you took the time to
hold our hands through the new technology for the
21st century. The system is extremely simple to use
and to explain to others, which need to access
control of our life at times (i.e. the housekeeper,
the family, other sub contractors etc.).
Additionally, the Sabbath lighting mode that you set

"I thought I was happy with a simple X10 setup…a
remote and a few lamp modules meant I could turn
half a dozen lights on and off with ease. I was
living the high life.
Then I met Rich and Dora at a home expo show and
they changed my life. While I work with technology
for a living, I’m not a fan of most technology…that
which is supposed to make life easier generally
fails to fill the bill. High cost, high maintenance,
and steep learning curves generally still result in
minimal benefits. What I like is for things to be
straightforward (simple) and easy.
Now, I have a (HAI) home automation system with
combined control of HVAC, Security, and lighting. A
few touches on a touch screen keypad…VERY COOL by
the way…and I can control any and all of it. We’ve
programmed lights to come on when the alarm is
deactivated, the temperature to go down at night and
up in the morning, scene controllers with one button
access to a room full of lights. VERY IMPRESSIVE. To
top it all off, since the HAI system uses a regular,
programmable motherboard, the programs can be
changed with ease…and it can update itself (it’s
smart enough to know what Daylight Savings Time is
and reports on sunrise/sunset, outside temperature,
etc.)
At some point in the near future, I’ll be adding
Audio to the mix…Rich has already pre wired for
speakers and zone controllers, so it’s just a matter
of saving the money to buy the components
(inexpensive, relatively speaking).
Richie and Dora were a pleasure to work
with….very professional and always responsive. I
will recommend them…service and products to anyone
